We will not be activating any accounts that come from IP addresses of countries not known for their love of North American racing (ie Ukraine, BVI, Russia, Romania, China, Singapore etc). Nor, will we be activating any accounts that have noticeably advertising/porn names such as "CheapOEMSoftware" or "RichardHuge". If you have recently registered and are awaiting activation and your name or IP falls into 1 of these areas, then you will not be approved. If you are legitimate, then use a legitimate name and contact the admin for IP review along with a reason you wish to join.
